Coffee and chocolate go together almost as well as Easter and chocolate, and the use of dark and white chocolate shavings in this broody number give the drink a nice point of contrast, as well as different aromas.
Brumble
Serves 1
25ml dark rum – we use Goslings Black Seal
15ml standard 2:1 sugar syrup
15ml brewed and chilled espresso
30ml cold brew coffee liqueur – we use Brunette’s organic one
White and dark chocolate shavings, to finish
Pour the rum, syrup and espresso into a tumbler, then add crushed ice to fill the glass by two-thirds. Pour the cold brew coffee liqueur over the crushed ice, then garnish with a mix of white and dark chocolate shavings, and serve.
