LUX Resorts & Hotels signs agreement with Turkish conglomerate MYC Partners for a 5-star hotel and a residential project in Turkey.
LUX Island Resorts Hotels signed a management contract with MYC partners, leading Turkish conglomerate, for a mixed-use real estate project in the city Bodrum, a tourism center and resort in Turkey. The project will include a 5 star hotel with 60 rooms and 75 luxury residences, of which 25 will be operated by LUX the branded Mauritian hotel group. The architecture of the hotel was awarded a silver medal at the ceremony A’design Awards, the most Architectural awards in Europe. The hotel is scheduled to open in May 2017.

The Bodrum peninsula is an upscale destination in Turkey that attracts nearly a million visitors. It is known as the St. Tropez of Turkey and hosts internationally known brands in the industry hotel like the Mandarin Oriental.
Accordingly a few kilometers from Bodrum there is Marine Lux known around the world, Yalihavak. New golf courses are being designed and built on the Bodrum Peninsula. Furthermore, more and more visitors in that region wish to enjoy the vast nature areas which have not yet been taken over by mass tourism.
