Mauritius: Four LUX* Resorts hotels receive Hall of Fame award by TripAdvisor

Mauritian hospitality major LUX* Island Resorts Ltd saw its hotels presented with the “Excellent Certificate of TripAdvisor on 2015”while four of them received the “Hall of Fame Award.”
The travel reference site Trip Advisor announced that LUX*Belle Mare, LUX* Grand Gaube, Tamassa Resort and Merville Beach obtained the“Hall of Fame Award”, which is attributed exclusively to hotels that have obtained the excellencecertificate for 5 consecutive years.
Other hotel under theLUX* group, such as LUX* Le Morne , LUX* Maldives, LUX* Ile de la Réunion from now on known LUX* saint Gilles, and l’Ile des Deux Cocos in Mauritius and Reunion, also received the Excellent Certificate on 2015.
These distinctions are bound to the efforts that LUX* has put in to satisfy all its clients and accordingly receive excellent comments from customers on TripAdvisor.

The certificate is a honoured prize from TripAdvisor, presented to accommodations which are recognised in terms of product quality and service,coupled with innovation and creativity, to make a significant and positive difference in the customer experience.
To select winners for the Excellent Certificate, TripAdvisor uses an algorithm which takes into account the quality, the quantity and the date of the comments and the opinions published by the travellers on TripAdvisor during the last 12 months, as well as of the longevity and the index of popularity of establishments on the site.
To receive an Excellent Certificate, average remarks given by the travellers to an establishment on TripAdvisor must be at least 4 on 5, and the establishment must be referenced onTripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
