Mauritius in realty surge: ENL Group’s landmark mall Bagatelle gets an extension

Real estate activity in Mauritius in general and ENL Group in particular is presently entering a very dynamic phase.
In its latest monthly publication titled Enlighten, the conglomerate has announced the construction of a new wing at the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius in the coming months.
The 8,000 meter square space involved in the project, expected to cost approximately Rs 450 million, will be dedicated to home products and services.
In an exciting development, the new wing of the mall will also have an indoor soccer room.
Furthermore, the inclusive city of Bagatelle has begun to take shape on the other side of the M1 motorway which runs through the island, connecting the South to the island capital Port Louis.
This zone will host both wholesale and retail activities related to the automobile industry.
Dedicated to mechanics, the first wing of approximatively 2,500 square meters, will open its doors in October, followed by another more spacious building.
Those who are interested in commercial realty can purchase a plot of land, as around 20 plots of land measuring upto an acre, are still available for sale.
Again, in the real estate domain, ENL has announced that from this month onwards, the second round of Villas Valriche apartments will be available to Mauritian clientele.
The project has been undertaken on an end-to-end cost of around Rs 750 million.
“These villas have retained their original architectural style, with trademark features such as stone cutting, woodwork and shingles. Moreover, we have worked a lot on the interior design, which allows us to price our offerings at competitive rates,” said Villas Valriche Chief Executive Officer Anton de Waal.
