Navos Group launches high-end residential project in Trianon
Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia last Thursday launched the Navos Group’s ‘Palmyra Designer Living’ residential project for Trianon, Quatre Bornes, Mauritius at The Oberoi Grand hotel in Kolkata, India.
Mauritius’ realty major Navos Properties will be expanding the scope of its internationally styled residences with its upcoming residential project in the island nation, involving a whopping investment of Rs 800 crore.
The Navos Group introduced the residential project, to be based in Trianon, Quatre Bornes, Mauritius, on Thursday. Noted Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia launched the ‘Palmyra Designer Living’ residential project at The Oberoi Grand hotel in Kolkata, India, in the presence of Anand Appanah, Chairman and Managing Director, Navos Group.
The group noted that ‘Palmyra’ is a larger-than-life project which includes 240 homes offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments and penthouses with roof gardens.
The brand ambassador of ‘Palmyra’, Neha Dhupia professed her love for Kolkata and her happiness at coming to the ‘city of joy’ once again for Palmyra.
Dhupia, who was in Mauritius last month, said that she loved the hospitality of the island nation, and that was one of the reasons she chose to associate herself with the Mauritius-based project.
She highlighted the international appeal of the high-end residential apartments stating that ‘Palmyra’ was conceptualized by designers across the world.
Anand Appanah noted that ‘Palmyra’ was his dream project and his entire family worked hard to make this project possible.
He mentioned that the cost of each penthouse would be Rs 7.5 crore. The total cost of the project was around Rs 800 crore, he added.
